• NYSBC may spam-filter addresses at common internet portal sites, so these are deprecated.
• An email address other than at the home institution may result in a query to the endorser and a delay in endorsement.

For the NetLiterate, the endorser can change this field later. While this field is required, the email specified in the intranet user page will be the one generally used.
