NYSBC needs to identify the responsible PI associated with the Affiliate. In some cases, the affiliate will be a PI at a non-member Institution, and the AffiliatePI will be a collaborator.

Please provide the name of the Principal Investigator with which the affiliate nominee is associated. We prefer the intranet registration name, if available.

For the Net Literate, you can do this in the intranet user name form like

[[David Cowburn]]

so that the link to the PI is directly in the form. For a PI who is not intranet registered, a registration will be generated by staff.
