• IF CCD blank enable window is closed, then CCD blanking box won't work
• Occasionally, box won't work even though CCD blank Enable is open and checked. In this case, close window and restart as described below

How to Retrieve the CCD Blank Enable box

• Right click on the start menu
• select "explore"
• Path: c:/tecnai/exe/service/feispy.exe -double click to start
• Scroll down to open HalDriverMgr folder
• Scroll down, double click on CCD blank enable

• The Shutter External Coil box is found in the same location
