    1. Strength of the new invention compare to alternatives or competitors
      • One commercially available device allows dialysis of a single buffer against 96 different samples and is disposable (96-Well DispoDialyzer?). Our device allows 96 samples to be dialysed against 96 different buffers and is reusable.
      • A second commercially available device allows equilibrium dialysis of 96 samples against 96 different buffers, but this device is only for small volumes and does not allow for complete buffer exchange or detergent removal (e.g. HTDialysis LLC: Reusable 96-well Micro-Equilibrium Dialysis Device HTD 96).
    2. Is the invention ready for commercialization? If not, what are other enabling inventions?
      • yes. Currently working with machinist to finalize design for CNC machining
    3. What is the likelihood that the invention will become obsolete before it could be commercialized
