  • 1/10 dilution of stock in TBS.

  • 20 sec air glow discharge of continuous carbon on copper grids.

  • 4 uL incubated on grid for 30 sec

  • 1 wash in buffer, 1 wash in water, 1 wash in stain

  • 30 sec stain

  • Blotted dry on Whatman 1

Imaged at 50kX on F20.
