Listing of Main cryo-EM webpage

Instructions

  • The main webpage without twiki names are made with specific templates, this is done with a script on cem100, /data/twiki2web/twiki2webtemplates_fromspecifictwikis2013.py
  • A 2nd script for the Twiki mirror is done by the script on cem100: /data/twiki2web/twiki2web_fromtwiki_2013.py
    • Pages are mirrored to the fromtwiki subdirectory. Links to main site directory are automatically made using the same filename.
    • attachments are copied if the have the following extensions: zip, tar, tgz, pdf, ppt, pptx, doc, docx
  • Attached files should now be included - Aug 2012 - if not please notify us.
