Drift Test

• Align microscope
• 200kx recommended magnification
• Insert quantifoil grid
• Insert holder
• Cool down holder if testing cryo holder
• In Tvips software
  • Open EMMENU
  • In the Window menu open Output log (F2)
  • select "Drift" button on EMMENU panel
  • 30 images in 30 second increments
  • at the end of the test select "store" on the output window
  • Then "clear" output window
• Repeat test 3 times
