CONFERENCE CALLING and REMOTE PC VIEW CONFERENCING

We now have available the gotomeeting protocol (see http://www.gotomeeting.com ).

  1. limited to 10 people total (9 external to NYSBC)
  2. For audio, participants also have to confernce call to the number shown on the specific announcement.
  3. the software is limited to microsoft compatible, sorry no LINUX or MACS able to see the screen transmission, but the phone works for everyone. Apparently Virtual PC will work with GotoMeeting for Apples systems.
  4. please leave any comment about sucess or failure using the system under the comments are below--
