The TSP contractors in the InfotechGroup manage the computer systems at NYSBC. They are responsible for
Internal network management  
External internet connections  
Internal WiFi  
Data transfer protocols and support for NMR and CEM facilities SftP
Computer account and password management infotech@nysbc.org x420 YOU MUST HAVE A NYSBC ID CARD BEFORE YOU CAN HAVE ANY COMPUTER ACCESSES.
Business office computer support  
Licensing issues for operation of Matlab, TopSpin, Spider  

Scientific use of supported programs for NMR and CEM are the responsibility of the NmrfacGroup and CemfacGroup .
