To edit pages on this NYSBC Intranet site, you must have a registered user name and password.

NOTE: Registration here gives you access to the NYSBC Intranet web. This does not affiliate you at NYSBC. For information on affiliation, go to Affiliation Endorsement
NOTE: Registered users can ChangePasswords and ResetPasswords.

To register as a new intranet user, simply fill out this form:

Comments : please enter alternate urgent contact information, like office or cell phone, at your choice (optional)
	(Fields marked `**` are required)

Submitting the form will automatically:

Create an account for you, so that you can start editing pages using your login name for this site.
Create your personal Intranet topic using your login name for this site as topic name, and add the data you submitted to the topic.
Add your name to the list of users
Send you a confirmation of your registration by email.

Once registered you can login using your login name for this site and password.
