  • If it does not clean the cold cathode gauge:
    • Turn off and unplug pumping station
    • Vent the system
    • Remove gauge by pulling (it is secured by vacuum and an o-ring)
    • Unscrew the black plastic nut on the bottom of the top gauge.
    • Open gauge.
    • Loosen and remove securing plate with two Hex screws
    • Remove pin
    • With the pin will come : 1 o-ring
    • Use a 3M pad to remove contamination from the pin
      • Use caution and prevent moving the small metal igniter its location is critical to the functioning of the gauge.
    • Dust with compressed air.
    • Reassemble the gauge.

Week B

Vacuum 2100 and 3200 rooms

Check Compressed gas tank regulators

  • Open gas tank
  • Observe pressure on right dial of regulator
  • If at or below 500 psi check end of hallway for back up and list on dry erase board
  • 9 compressed gas tanks
