Difference: NewAffiliate (14 vs. 15)

Please provide the New Affiliate's name in the form {Given Name} {Surname}, like Marco Polo. Othen than in special cases, initials, suffixes etc will not be used internally at NYSBC.

For the Net Literate, you can enter the new affiliate name in the form

[[Johannas Brahms]]

and the link the user page will be directly installed. Until the user registration is complete, the previewed form may show as Richard Ernst? -- just ignore the question mark. It will not be present if the new affiliate is already a intranet user, and will disappear when staff make the new affiliate a intranet user.
