Non linear Sampling

Scientific objectives

  1. Maintain resolution, sensitivity, and precision with less measurement time

Technical objectives

  1. Implement sequence of LIBRARY:FrueSun06.pdf for larger proteins' assignment
  2. Systematize application of NLS to multiple triple res assignment experiments
  3. Analyze use of NLS for overcoming 'missing' (ie noisy) interferogram slices (a)
  4. Analyze best use of scheme for obtaining precise accurate data for know spectra for dynamics , RDC etc. (a)
