3. Analyze use of NLS for overcoming 'missing' (ie noisy) interferogram slices (a)
4. Analyze best use of scheme for obtaining precise accurate data for know spectra for dynamics , RDC etc. (a)

a Can be done by using full data sets and editing for simulated NLS

Practical Implementation

1. Summary of test results on Ubiquitin and MBP
2. Data sets with processed files and scripts available (too large for public download)
3. Standard suite of backbone experiments with and without TROSY is available.
4. Pulseprograms
5. Sample vclists
