Beer and drinks were provided from Todaros and we used a deli case fridge in Steve Einheber's lab to cool the wine ended up with 4 cases of beer and 1.5 cases of wine - this was too much for the reception All Occasions Pary & Tent Rental 1111 Rogers Ave, Brooklyn NY 11226 718-789-9200 100 Samsonite chairs ($210) 10 6x8 tables ($110) (can't be 6x8 - but they seated 10 each) 6 Coat Racks ($120) 200 hangers ($20) 10 108" plastic tablecloths ($15) total incl delivery: $475 Coat racks were not used Plastic tablecloths were not very nice - thin and slippery.
