Difference: ProposalEdit (23 vs. 24)

To create a new Proposal

  • Click on the gray box: "Create New Proposal"
  • a file is created with an automatically generated name (of the form NewProposal{datetime} ). You can change this name for creating the file now (in the box) or later.
  • Please edit this file with the required information on the lower portion
    1. There will be a box at the bottom in blue with information fields for you to fill in.
    2. You MUST SAVE the result. (if you don't do this, the project registration will be lost).
    3. You can contact facility staff for assistance
  • You can revisit and re-edit this file anytime you wish (see below)

Propose a new project with form: (date format is YYMMDDHHmm)

Subsequent Action

  • Contact staff to discuss your project (if you haven't already):

Your access to the created record

  • You can edit your project information at any time, but you cannot rename it or delete it.
  • To identify the relevant Twiki document
    1. You can note the name listed in the gray box above, but you probably won't remember
    2. Alternatively, go to your TWiki Users name page, TWikiGuest,
    3. move to the end of the page,
    4. click on the Backlinks: Web tab, which generates a list of all the files associated with you.
