  • compressed air from LN2 tank (60-80 psi)

Computers

  • iRobot computer
    • runs irobot program that controls the robot and queries Leginon database
  • DigitalMicrograph computer
    • runs instance of Leginon that controls imaging session
    • was hooked up to Erlanshing camera
    • used serial port for communication to 1230
    • should be switched to Gatan US1000 bottom mount camera computer that is running Leginon and using relevant client
  • Minotaur (Linux Centos)
    • runs Matlab routine for locating objects on the grid
    • also serves as Leginon client
