  Note that this may not work at all with Firefox. If so, try MS internet explorer.
  • Connect to the New York City site and see what your download speed is.
    If it's less than 1000 kb/s, please contact your LOCAL INSTITUTIONAL net manager. The problem is most likely local to your institutional net, and NYSBC regrettably cannot help you.
