2dx - CD47 2D crystallization

Human membrane proteins for 2D crystallization trial, CD47. It is stable during expression and purification from SF9 cells. It is also stable in all detergents tested in detergent stability assay. The N-terminal domain (soluble) of CD47 has been crystallized (3D) in 0.2 M MgCl2, 0.1 M Bis-Tris pH 5.5, 25% PEG3350 at 21 C. We will set up initial 2D crystallization based on this condition using different lipids.
