2dx - UMA mutant - 2d crystallization

Mutant of UMA.

X209 - Lipids at MSSM

The UMA triple mutant solubilized in detergent 1% DDM and then Ni-NTA purification was in DDM but finally gel filtration buffer contain detergent 0.2% DM and kept at 30C on June 6th, 2013 (sampled June 19th).
Dialysis buffer contains 25mM Tris pH8.0, 150mM NaCl & 0.5mM TCEP. Condition: #1-5 was in DMPC and #6-10 was in DOPG LPR 0.2-1.0

X209, Results:

Attached are a few pics of UMA. Mainly vesicles from LPR 0.6, aggregates below.

Images: x209-mUMA.zip (A2--> A5 = DMPC LPR 0.4 to 1; A7 --> A11 = DOPG LPR 0.2 to 1)
