Items to attatch to your User page for the application

  1. NIH format (or similar) bio sketch. Not more than four pages. Your most recent Federal filing should be fine.
  2. One page describing the specific experiments you wish to do, how many days are needed, what dates you prefer, what dates you are unavailable, what specific experiments are required, and how you see your proposed work contributing to the assessment of the role of high field NMR in structural biology.
  3. Up to one page describing your currently available NMR resources, preliminary work done thereon, and indicating your view of the necessity for the 900.

Conditions

Certain safety and training requirements must be met. When you have access to the TWiki pages, we will email you site information which you should check.

In order to conform to the requirements of NYSBC and NIH, please fill in the sheet http://www.nysbc.org/forms/extcertification.rtf . This is not required until your application is approved.
