Contour Plot Map

If you have a helical tube and want to create a flat projected map:

  • Convert the final layer-line file (.lmt or .2fd) into Toyoshima's format (option 1):
    convavg
  • Make the little g's file (carreful of the 2-fold symmetry option):
    hlxfb
  • Make the map (carreful of the 2-fold symmetry option; also, max/stepsize=(max-min)/stepsize for z):
    hclnd
  • Plot the contour image:
    imgplt
  • scale the ps file:
    isoclnd.py
    • (to change size of ps, in header, add: %DocumentMedia: a4 1595 842 80 () ())
    • or change the scale when running imgplt
