A fundamental course for non-expert users. Room A-11 once /week, 15 weeks.

  • Objective -- provide sufficient training for "assisted" determination of < 20 kDa protein structure, using triple resonance and double labeled samples
  • 2o objective -- more than enough detail for most NMR characterization studies of peptides and proteins
  • 3o objective -- provide starting NMR knowledge which can then benefit by fuller treatment in the NmrCourse
  • Precursor requirement undergrad chem NMR
  • Graduate students and Postdocs welcome -- if oversubscribed, those seeking credit will be favored over auditors
  • Academic credit -- students should ask their advisors, and consult Consortium Courses
  • Some Frequently Answered Questions -- ProteinNmrCourseFaqs
